Booking Process:

All bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
A confirmation requires an advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount.
Driver/Nanny stay and food services are available at extra charges, provided prior intimation is given.

Accommodation Policy:

For a one-night stay, accommodation is reserved for a maximum of 22 hours.
For a two-night stay, accommodation is reserved for a maximum of 46 hours.
Please adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times provided during the booking process.

Identification:

All foreign guests must present their passports as valid ID proof.
Indian guests must provide a valid ID proof such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, or driving license.

Rates and Payments:

In case a public holiday falls on a weekday (Monday to Friday), weekend charges will be applicable for that day.
Rates are fixed and non-negotiable after discussion. Full payment must be completed prior to check-in.
Management reserves the right to modify the rates at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

For cancellations made more than 10 days before check-in, 85% of the advance payment will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 10 and 7 days before check-in, rescheduling is available.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided.
The refund amount will be transferred within 4 working days.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is non-refundable.
In case the organizers cancel for any reason, guests will be notified in advance. The refund will be processed within 4 working days to the account from which the payment was received.

Group Booking Policy (Applicable to All Group Bookings):

All group bookings are planned based on the number of rooms and guests confirmed at the time of booking, including accommodation, meals, and services.
The confirmed rooms and guest count will be considered as the final billing count. In case of any reduction in guests after confirmation or at the time of check-in, the billing will remain unchanged, and no refunds or adjustments will be applicable.
Rooms once booked are exclusively reserved for the group and cannot be reassigned.
